Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel whenever you want — no contracts and no cancellation fees. If you downgrade, your projects and captures stay intact; the features specific to the higher plan simply turn off until you upgrade again.

Paid subscriptions are in-app purchases handled by your phone's app store, so there's one place to manage or cancel — your store's subscription settings — with the payment method you already have on file.

Refunds are handled by the App Store or Google Play under their policies.

Photos, short videos, voice notes, and uploaded files. Text notes, tags, and reports are negligible. Short videos are capped at 30–60 seconds specifically to keep storage predictable — so a typical project stays light even with heavy photo documentation. As a rough guide, 1 GB holds roughly 1,000 photos, about 20 one-minute videos, or about 20 hours of voice notes.

No. We do not use your content to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI model — ours or anyone else's. To generate reports and transcribe voice notes, the relevant content is sent to our AI providers (Anthropic for text and images, OpenAI for audio) under commercial API terms: by default it is not used to train their models, and they keep it only for limited periods — currently up to about 30 days — for operations and abuse monitoring, unless the law requires them to keep it longer. No. AI-generated reports are editable drafts — a fast first pass built from what you captured. You're responsible for reviewing every report for accuracy and completeness before sharing it. FieldBinder AI is a drafting assistant, not a licensed engineering, legal, safety, or compliance authority.

Team is $35 per seat per month with a 3-seat minimum, or $29 per seat per month billed annually. It adds shared projects, company workspaces, multi-user access, and admin controls. There is no self-serve Team purchase in the app yet — contact us and we set up your workspace with you.
