02Filing a notice of infringement

If you believe material on the Service infringes your copyright, send a written notice to the agent above that includes:

• 1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on the owner’s behalf;
• 2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
• 3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with information reasonably sufficient to let us locate it;
• 4. Your contact information — address, telephone number, and email;
• 5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
• 6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

03Counter-notification

If you believe your material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to the agent above containing the information required by 17 U.S.C. section 512(g).

04Repeat infringers

In appropriate circumstances we may disable or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
