Delete your account and data
This page explains how to delete your FieldBinder AI account, what data is deleted, and how long the process takes. FieldBinder AI is developed by FieldBinder AI LLC.
Delete your account in the app
- Open the FieldBinder AI app and sign in.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Type DELETE to confirm. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.
Request deletion by email
If you can't access the app, email contact@fieldbinder.ai with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" from the email address registered to your account. We will verify the request and begin the deletion process.
What is deleted
When you delete your account, the following is deleted, with any remaining copies removed or de-identified within 90 days:
- Account information (name, email, organization)
- Projects and project details, including any contact information you entered
- All captured content - photos, videos, voice notes, text notes, files, and measurements
- Voice transcripts and AI-generated reports
What may be retained
- Records we are required to keep to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements
- Subscription and billing records are held by Apple or Google as the payment processor, under their own policies - manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings
Delete specific data without deleting your account
You can delete individual captures or entire projects at any time inside the app. To request deletion of specific data instead of your full account, email contact@fieldbinder.ai with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and describe the data you want removed.
